Free tracked shipping, worldwide
Every VacVault order ships free, with tracking, wherever you are. No minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.
How long it takes
Your delivery has two parts:
1. Processing — 1–2 business days. We verify your order, check it, and dispatch it.
2. Shipping — see below. Times are business days from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Most orders arrive at the earlier end of these ranges. We quote the wider window because customs and courier delays happen, and we would rather beat our estimate than miss it.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email 3–5 days after your order ships. If you haven't received one within 7 business days, email info@vacvault.shop and we'll chase it up.
If your order is late
Delays are rare but they do happen. If your order hasn't arrived within the window above, email us with your order number and we'll track it down. If it's genuinely lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund you in full — your choice.
Returns
Not happy with your VacVault? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund. No interrogation, no restocking fee. Details in our FAQ.
