How does the vacuum compression feature work?

VacVault™ uses a built-in compression system that removes excess air from inside the bag, allowing your items to compress down significantly. Pack your belongings, close the compartment, and run the included portable electric pump. Within seconds the internal volume drops and your load becomes far more compact — so you fit more without adding bulk.

Is the electric pump included?

Yes. Every VacVault ships with the portable electric vacuum pump and its charging cable in the box. There is nothing extra to buy.

Will the compression damage my clothes?

No. The system removes air, not moisture — the same principle as vacuum storage bags. Your clothes return to normal once you unpack.

How much can the backpack hold?

Thanks to the compression system, it holds significantly more than a standard pack of the same size. The interior includes compartments for clothes, accessories, documents, tech and daily essentials, so it works for short trips and as an everyday carry.

Can I use it as carry-on luggage?

Yes — the bag measures 40×30×20cm, which meets most major airline cabin requirements including budget carriers. The slimmer profile after compression makes it easier to fit under seats or in overhead bins.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery is in two parts:

• Processing: 1–2 business days to verify, check and dispatch your order.
• Shipping: 7–12 business days to Australia; 7–14 business days to the USA, Canada, the UK and Europe; 10–20 business days to the rest of the world.

Shipping is free worldwide and every order is tracked. Most orders arrive at the earlier end of these ranges — we quote the wider window so we beat our estimate rather than miss it. Full details on our Shipping page.

When will I get my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are issued 3–5 days after your order ships. If you haven't received one within 7 business days, email info@vacvault.shop and we'll chase it up.

What if I don't love it?

Then you don't keep it. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if you're not happy with your VacVault for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund. No interrogation, no restocking fee.

Please include your name and order number with any returned parcel. If your order is still in transit, wait for it to arrive before starting a return.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, with no penalty, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email info@vacvault.shop as soon as you can and we'll take care of it.

I entered the wrong address — what now?

Reply to your order confirmation email or write to info@vacvault.shop within 24 hours and we'll correct it before dispatch. After 24 hours the order may already be in the supply chain and we may not be able to redirect it.

Do I get a discount for buying more than one?

Yes. Add two backpacks and 15% comes off automatically; add three and you save 20% on the lot. Mix any colours you like — no code needed, the discount applies at checkout.
